How do I contact you?

To get in touch, please use the ENQUIRY FORM. Please include the Reg and VIN/Chassis number of your car. We cannot help without these details.
Upon receiving it our technical team will verify your car specification and one of our representatives will be in touch.

My System is faulty - can you fix it?

Yes, We specialise in VAG Group Cars (VW, Audi, Porsche, Seat, Skoda) technology upgrades and repairs. Rather than replacing the complete systems, we can fix the individually faulty components and save you £££.

How much does the repair cost?

Cars are full of electronics these days and not one car is the same as another even if it is the same model. This is why we need your car’s Registration and VIN/Chassis number to identify your car’s specification. We will then be able to advise further on the next steps to proceed. Usually we will either need you to send the faulty system to us or book diagnostics at our premises if we also need your car. In summary, ‘one size fits all’ cannot be applied here as even the same malfunction behaviour could mean a different fault all together.

How much do the diagnostics cost?
  • Diagnostics are free of charge when you send the faulty system to us (Return P&P charges apply).
  • Diagnostics at our premises are also free of charge to determine the fault with the diagnostic computer (usually 15 minutes). We will then provide further information as to what next steps need to be taken. For example:
    • We need to remove the faulty system for further diagnostics in our workshop – no diagnostics charge.
    • We need to run further physical diagnostics in the car – cost is £75+VAT per hour (e.g. checking power circuits, removing panels to get to the faulty component etc).
How can I find out if I need to send the system or book diagnostics at your premises?

In order to assist you promptly please fill in the ENQUIRY FORM and include your car Reg. and VIN/Chassis number. We need those details to check the specification of the electronics installed in the car. This helps us to identify all the components so we can advise further on the next steps.

How long does it take for diagnostics?

Diagnostics can take anywhere from 15 minutes up to several hours depending on the fault and the car specification. If you are sending the equipment to us – this usually will be checked within 24h-48h* from the moment it’s received.

If you need to bring the car to us, we will advise beforehand how long it could take so you can plan your day better.
