From the North (London)

Head south towards Guildford/M25. Take the Tolworth Junction exit off the A3, it will be signposted for A240 Kingston, Epsom, Reigate and Sutton.Your landmark is a tall building on your right called Tolworth Tower which has an M & S sign.

Once you see the tower, keep left and take the slip road off the A3.The entrance to Hook Rise South is off the (2nd) exit of the roundabout that takes you back onto the A3.

Drive slowly once you take the exit and keep left, Hook Rise South is immediately on the left just after a yellow hoarding.

White Spider climbing has a banner on the green chain link fence (our’s is above but smaller).

To your left will be derelict land and then a row of houses. The first commercial building you will see is Bedford Insurance.

We are behind them but the entrance for the units at the rear is past them and the next building/warehouse (Genuine Solutions, beige with blue lines running horizontally), turn left here.

Be aware that there are two roads very close together. The second road takes you to Big Yellow Storage.

From the South (London)
